REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

- No products and crystals displayed on the portal are subject to any refund or return.

- To claim any refund or return, the customer must raise the relevant problem within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

- If you get a damaged or defective item, no worries! Just send us a quick unboxing video, showing the problem. We'll sort it out and get you a refund.

But, we can't take returns or exchanges if you just don't like the product, find tiny flaws, have issues with the packaging, notice slight color differences, or see minor size variations. Before buying, check our size chart carefully because we can't do returns or exchanges based only on size issues.

- If Refunds get approved, they will be processed within 7 days and further will be initiated/credited within 10-12 working days.
:In the case of COD orders, account details will be requested for the initiation of the refunds.
:In case of Prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 10-12 working days.

- If you fail to receive the ordered shipment within 15 days of the order placement, you will be entitled to claim the refund (the order amount paid).

 

Unboxing Video Policy:

- We kindly request customers raising concerns to provide an unboxing video for efficient assistance. This video, showcasing the product's unpacking, helps us address issues accurately. Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to process your concern. Your cooperation ensures a smoother resolution process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- We endeavor to serve our clients with the best experience. We do not facilitate cancellation for products once placed. However, you can make an addition to your current order/exchange the product with the same value item till the time it is under pending pickup.
